Raffles City Changning comprises three office towers ranging from 16 to 33 storeys, with a GFA of more than 142,344sqm, and was awarded the international Grade A standard with LEED-CS Gold certified for T1 and T2 office tower, and with LEED-CS Silver certified for T3 office tower. Its basement and level 2 will seamlessly connect to the Zhongshan Park station, which is the  interchange for Metro Lines 2, 3 and 4. It also combines modern technological architecture with sustainable design features to create an inspiring and dynamic office environment, setting a new benchmark for Zhongshan Park commerce.
